An innovation in floor air conditioning, DualCool, which combines a stronger and immediate cooling abilities with environmental purification, has been launched into the Nigerian market.
The LG Electronics product, which was unveiled in Nigeria over the weekend, boasts air purification capacity, which enables it to precisely detect fine dust with its sensor, shows it in the cleaning display, and thoroughly purifies the air in the house all year round using its different filters.
President of LG Electronics, Middle East & Africa, Mr. James Lee, said the product is equipped with Dual Premium Design and unique features such as LG ThinQ, air purification, ice and custom cooling, energy saving and many more.
In terms of cooling, the product deepens the general average cooling capacity of 10.8°C by 4 per cent with its 6.8°C wind average to provide instant cooling when turned on, just as its AI inverter technology ensures sustained rapid and comfort cooling once in use.
“Dual Premium Design is an art of technology inspired by a form of round pillar that sends optimal wind anywhere.” Lee said. “It also has two short-haul and long distance runners inside the air conditioner to operate in the most optimal way in each section to save energy through the help of AI dual inverter.”
More so, its electric fans adjust the wind direction, “providing custom cooling of direct and indirect winds with up-down, left-right wind control,” and the product can dehumidify the environment by taking away water and drying up moth through its auto drying function.
And, with the LG ThinQ downloadable from Google Play Store for android phone or appstore for iPhone, “users can operate the air conditioner, change the mode or set the temperature from anywhere.”
According to the Managing Director, Fouani Nigeria Ltd, Mr. Mohammed Fouani, beside the option of operating the product from anywhere before arriving home, ThinQ also enables troubleshooting or diagnosis when it malfunctions, thereby reducing maintenance cost.
Over all, LG has remained consistent in meeting customer yearnings with products that create comfort and peace of mind, Fouani said, because “life’s more than having the latest electronics but about the experiences (that) technology creates.”
The product will “address the needs of customers who are health-conscious and want to live a healthy lifestyle, especially with worries about the quality of air you breathe in.”
